Incredibly low sugar levels conserve the variety’s delicate and aromatic bouquet. It is the ideal choice to pair with aperitifs, palate cleansers and light fish courses.
San Felice: Vermentino
Toscano IGT Vermentino, a traditional grape in the Maremma, ripens on the hills of the Perolla estate, thanks in part to the moderating influence of the nearby Mediterranean. The addition of a small amount of Sauvignon Blanc adds further complexity to the nose and bolsters the wine’s structure.
